Pero un \u00e1rea muy importante que cada vez se fortalece m\u00e1s, es el turismo gastron\u00f3mico y las actividades que esto conlleva, tanto que a veces incluso<br>sin saberlo, al degustar alg\u00fan platillo nos convertimos en grastronautas. La variedad de esquemas que han tenido estos festivales siempre resultan en un mismo punto: conocer la gastronom\u00eda local, algunos con nuevas tendencias y fusi\u00f3n de ingredientes, pero nunca perdiendo el origen.<br>Nayarit es rico en gastronom\u00eda, y gracias a la variedad de su producci\u00f3n alimenticia, en cada uno de sus 20 municipios puedes encontrar una diversidad de platillos que te aseguro que vas a querer volver a probar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos hablando de mariscos, carnes, verduras, y una infinidad de sabores para cocinar. Todo esto influye para hacer una buena selecci\u00f3n de insumos y preparar platillos que provocan en tu paladar una explosi\u00f3n de sensaciones. Pero hay algunos platillos que debes probar en tu visita a cualquier lugar de la geograf\u00eda nayarita: el sabor aut\u00e9ntico de aguachiles, las formas y texturas del ceviche cocido en lim\u00f3n, el inigualable pescado sarandeado, puerco echado, t\u00edpico del norte del estado, unas enchiladas de osti\u00f3n, los sopes de osti\u00f3n, unos ricos tamales de camar\u00f3n, el tlaxtihuilli o caldillo de camar\u00f3n, chimichangas de osti\u00f3n, arroz con camarones y quesadillas de frijoles;
