{"id":3128,"date":"2026-06-10T12:14:22","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T18:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/?p=3128"},"modified":"2026-06-10T12:14:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T18:14:24","slug":"los-pranayamas-respiracion-para-el-cuerpo-y-la-mente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/en\/los-pranayamas-respiracion-para-el-cuerpo-y-la-mente\/","title":{"rendered":"Los pranayamas: Respiraci\u00f3n para el cuerpo y la mente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los pilares esenciales de la pr\u00e1ctica de yoga es la respiraci\u00f3n, y dentro de ella encontramos los pranayamas, t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n que no solo nos ayudan a oxigenar el cuerpo, sino que tambi\u00e9n calman nuestra mente y nos llenan de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La palabra pranayama proviene del s\u00e1nscrito: prana &#8220;energ\u00eda vital&#8221; o &#8220;aliento&#8221; y ayama &#8220;expansi\u00f3n&#8221; o &#8220;control&#8221;. Se trata de tomar conciencia de c\u00f3mo respiramos y aprender a usar la respiraci\u00f3n de forma m\u00e1s eficiente para calmar el sistema nervioso, mejorar la concentraci\u00f3n y aumentar nuestra vitalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"639\" height=\"705\" src=\"https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_2035-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3130\" style=\"width:639px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_2035-1.jpeg 639w, https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_2035-1-272x300.jpeg 272w, https:\/\/seaviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_2035-1-11x12.jpeg 11w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 639px) 100vw, 639px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pranayamas tienen bastantes beneficios, a nivel f\u00edsico ayudan a mejorar la oxigenaci\u00f3n de todos nuestros \u00f3rganos, favoreciendo la digesti\u00f3n y la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y a nivel mental la respiraci\u00f3n nos ayuda a reducir el estr\u00e9s, mejorar el enfoque y aclarar la mente. Algunos de los m\u00e1s comunes y sencillos para empezar a explorar son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 1. Ujjayi (respiraci\u00f3n victoriosa): Para practicarlo debes inhalar y exhalar por la nariz mientras contraes suavemente la parte posterior de la garganta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 2. Nadi Shodhana (respiraci\u00f3n nasal alternada): Se utiliza para equilibrar los hemisferios del cerebro y calmar la mente, se realiza tapando una fosa nasal con el dedo pulgar y respirando por la otra, despu\u00e9s se cambia de lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 3. Kapalabhati (respiraci\u00f3n de fuego): Este es m\u00e1s energizante ya que consiste en una serie de exhalaciones r\u00e1pidas y fuertes a trav\u00e9s de la nariz, seguidas de una inhalaci\u00f3n pasiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 4. Bhastrika (respiraci\u00f3n del fuelle): Consiste en inhalaciones y exhalaciones r\u00e1pidas que ayudan a activar la energ\u00eda interna, es perfecto para recargar fuerzas cuando te sientes cansado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos practicar pranayama en cualquier lugar y momento del d\u00eda, realizando una respiraci\u00f3n consciente mientras caminas, cuando est\u00e1s trabajando o incluso cuando est\u00e1s atrapado en el tr\u00e1fico.
